All supervisors every single shift are terrible and have no costumer service skills at all. No idea how to run a business. We had multiple bad experiences in this precise location. This last one did it for me. I got the $17 car wash and then the Latino manager decided to simply shut off the vacuum as I along with 5 other people were vacuuming our vehicles. When I went inside to ask what had happened he simply raised 7 fingers. I assume he meant we close at 7. That's extreme rude as there were 5 people still vacuuming their cars. I used to have to 2 memberships for our vehicles and many times they would have to verify the account. That's was annoying but I understood perhaps the machine is acting up. This is the last incident for me.
Love the unlimited pass - now I don't even have to open my window (no more receipts), just drive up, gate opens. Wash is good.

This isn't a full service wash, but it's perfect for a quick exterior cleaning and the free vacuums work great after the wash, you just need to do it yourself. I prefer this and love taking my car here. My favorite Mister Carwash location!
This location is going cheap on the pre-soak soap you first go through when the wash starts. I am an unlimited member and every other Mister Carwash location I go through has a much better soap application when you first star (thicker application and colorfull). West St. Paul location is watered down and not even the same soap product as far as I can tell...booooo this Mister Carwash location!
I have an unlimited plan and love taking my car to this wash. I'm never there for more than 5 minutes and the staff always shoots me a smile as I drive through.
This is the best car wash in town the car washes great they get your car really really clean and the vacuums are free you should try it and the people working there are very courteous
