I remembered going here as a child when I lived in West St Paul, they used to have a Santa during the holidays, it seems like a very different mall than I remember as a child. To be fair though, malls everywhere are in decline these days due to the popularity of online shopping.
This mall used to be a nice place to go shopping, when it was indoors. Now to get from store to store you need to go in and out of the stores, not especially convenient. Not horrible, but it was better enclosed. It had really gone downhill.
Good place to shop for clothes and shoes plus they have the new dollar tree and I had been going to the one by cub foods and i definitely will be going to the one in signal hill's they are huge Always have fully stocked shelves any thing from food, household cleaning supplies, to cosmetics, hygiene products, baby supplies and anything else you need is there
This is a convenient little mall that has businesses to take care of most necessities quickly: drugstore, fast food, hardware store, jeweler, watch repairs, hairstylist, nail salon, post office, tax preparation office, coffee house, clothing store, etc. There are a few empty store fronts, but the Mall is starting to revive itself.
Tokyo 23 Asian buffet restaurant had good food. Seems to be kept fresh and looked after. Only regret is that I was unable to try everything I was drawn to, simply due to the sheer variety of dishes and sated appetite. ☺
