Not happy! Paid $380.00 due to a month late and they called back a couple days later to "remind me " I needed to also pay for a new lock. So after all that money I was still locked out?! Wth! Originally brought my own lock but was told needed to but theirs in case they needed in. So tell me why did they cut the lock? Dah take your lock off out different one on until Bill played then out the lock back in. How wasteful they actually cut the lock for no reason. Micr in my belongings, constant calls and then the caller realizes they are mistaken. Go else where it you can. They are a mess here
I rented a unit here for a few weeks when I was in between apartments. Very smooth experience getting a space reserved and they explained every part of the contract to me. Getting the service canceled after just one month was very simple as well. Overall great experience.
This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. The management is shady and unhelpful and will not respond to calls or emails. The rent of the unit raised by at least 20% each year that I rented, and they charged me for another month and a half after I moved out, even though I had given them plenty of notice that I was cancelling my contract. Now I'm stuck with paying the extra month and a half PLUS a late fee because they threatened to send it to collections after I called to inquire about it. I am so frustrated with the awful customer service.
I like the location because it's close to where I will be temporarily living. The employees and property manager that I dealt with are very nice. Melody is very helpful and responsive. A few negatives: The personnel didn't tell me up front that there is an additional charge per month for insurance. Also, their cylinder locks cost $20, and you pretty much have to buy one. The entrance gate and entry code post need to get fixed.
I needed storage for roughly 40-45-days while I was transitioning and moving. I am so glad I found this facility and more importantly property manager Melody. She took care of my storage needs from start to finish! She was honest about the storage rate, fees, requirements and such. She was also very personable and didn't make me feel like "just another customer" needing storage. I have since moved from St.Paul back to Minneapolis but have vowed to drive by just to pop in and say hello! That's how much of an impact she has made. Thanks again for all the help Melody!
